The third meeting regarding defense cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia has been held.
According to a statement issued by the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), the importance of historical relations between the two brotherly countries was highlighted in a meeting held at GHQ Rawalpindi on Monday. The participants discussed issues of mutual interest and the evolving security environment.
According to the statement, “Both countries considered the need for rapid development in military technology and defense industrial cooperation between the two states to achieve common goals.”
Both countries reiterated their desire to increase defense cooperation in all sectors to become self-sufficient in the field of defense production.
The meeting also reiterated the need to find more ways to increase the speed of defense cooperation and sharing.
