Be very careful when using high-heeled shoes. After a long day, when you come home and take them off, soak your feet in lukewarm water with salt for 15-20 minutes.
In this way, your foot pain will go away and the muscles of the feet will also relax. After that, gently massage your feet with oil to give the feet more relaxation.

Also, use a soft, comfortable and flat sleeper at home. If you want to sleep at night, put a cushion or pillow under your shins. This way, your feet will stay comfortable throughout the night.
