It is a psychological, evolutionary, and ethical theory that provides a framework for understanding interpersonal relationships. When a child is born, it naturally But within it there are five behaviors crying (Crying), smiling (Smiling), clinging (Clinging), sucking (Sucking) and following (Following), which form a complete system to protect the newborn and increase its chances of survival.

According to this theory, a child is born with the need to establish an emotional and intimate relationship. To be clear, if the child’s caregiver, be it the mother or the father, fulfills their responsibilities well, then this relationship is the child’s. Develops in the first six months of life.

A child is dependent on his parents from birth to about 3 years of age and during this time the absence or neglect of a parent, especially a mother, can have profound negative effects on his brain.

Bowlby divided child care into four stages according to age. 0 to 3 months, 3 months to 6 months, 6 months to 3 years and end of childhood. If there is a defect, the child may suffer from any disorder.

Experts have divided these disorders into four different attachment styles.
Secure Attachment
Anxious attachment.
Avoidant Attachment.
Disorganized attachment.
These disorders are actually psychological illnesses that can arise in young children when they have difficulty expressing emotional behavior or attachment.

Some general symptoms can be used to determine if a child is suffering from emotional attachment problems, such as difficulty forming meaningful relationships, emotional vulnerability, constant fear of losing relationships, frequent new partners. Searching, fear of being alone, feeling disturbed in relationships and lack of self-esteem etc. Remember, these issues can cause many mental disorders in adulthood.
Attachment therapy is recommended as part of treatment, which relies on attachment theory and examines how one’s childhood experiences can affect how one develops relationships with others as an adult.

Attachment therapy is often recommended for people who have had traumatic childhood experiences, but it is also beneficial for people who want to develop deeper connections with others. helps them understand how they can take care of themselves without the help of others.
